FAQs
Where is FSR located?
FSR is located in England, United Kingdom.
Which methods of sale do you offer?
FSR offers products through group buys, pre-orders, and in-stock sales.
A group buy is a time-limited ordering period during which customers place orders prior to the commencement of production. By participating, you are contributing to the funding of the manufacturing run. This differs from a pre-order, whereby production has already been financed and is typically underway. Group buys generally involve longer lead times, which are clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are already in production, with estimated dispatch dates displayed on the product page.
In-stock products are available for immediate purchase and are typically dispatched within one to three working days.
Each product page clearly indicates the applicable method of sale, and updates regarding group buys and pre-orders are provided regularly via email and through the product’s timeline, which is accessible under ‘Project timelines’ in the main menu.
Where do we ship from?
FSR ships from England, United Kingdom.
Where can we ship to?
FSR ships globally! If your country is not an option, please contact us, and we will see if we can add a shipping option for you!
Which shipping companies do we use?
We primarily use FedEx for domestic and international orders and Royal Mail for lower-value domestic orders.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch orders as efficiently and quickly as humanly possible! Typically, dispatching orders takes 1-3 business days, with shipping times depending on the shipping option selected.
Do we include taxes/tariffs in our prices?
For our customers within the UK, we will include VAT on checkout. For our international customers, you will be responsible for paying any charges your country may charge for importing a product. Please read your country's importing rules and legislation so you know what to expect.
Do we undervalue our products for shipping?
No, this is not legal for us to do so, and insurance would not cover the full item's value if the shipment were to be lost or damaged in transit. We will never undervalue your order.
How can I follow a project's timeline for updates?
You may follow a project's timeline by selecting the (product’s name) timeline option from the Project timelines dropdown in the main menu, where the latest milestones, progress updates, and announcements are provided.
